My name is Gareb Gentil, from Melbourne, Australia. I am extremely happy to have been introduced to these amazing products as they have helped me in so many ways. I have been a proud customer of the YOR Health products for about 2 years now.
The number 1 reason for me entering the 8 week challenge was to gain more muscle and increase my overall physique. The second reason for me entering the 8 week challenge was not only for me to be able to strive to be better in the gym physically, but mentally also. Prior to the 8 week challenge, i struggled to keep consistent when it came to the gym. A lot of that derived from lack of energy, lack of motivation and self belief and various distractions. After the go green cleanse was launched, and seeing the vast amount of results that people gained from following the intermittent fasting guide, made me want to properly give it a shot.
Challenge Breakdown -
Morning -
Upon waking up, i would take 1 x YOR Probiotic along with 1 x YOR Repair Ultra followed by drinking my YOR SuperGreens/Fiber Plus & Berry Blast mix, in a chilled bottle of water every morning during my drive to work.
If i felt the need to eat something before 12PM (Lunch), i would have a YOR Shake to rid my food cravings.
Lunch + Dinner -
After my meal at lunch which would usually consist of something fairly heavy at or a little after 12PM, followed by my last lighter meal for the day before 8PM/after hitting the gym after work. After lunch i would take 1 x YOR Digest Ultra + 2 x YOR Essential vitamins + Berry Blast in a chilled bottle of water. After Dinner i would have a 1 x YOR Digest Ultra + YOR SuperGreens/Fiber Plus Mix in a bottle of water + 2 x YOR Essential vitamins + 1 x YOR Repair Ultra and 1 x YOR Probiotics Ultra prior to bed.
Bedtime -
During my sleep, i would diffuse the sweet dreams blend along with a drop of vetiver on my bedside table to ensure i wake up each day feeling well rested.
Now that i have completed my 8 week challenge, i can say that i wake up energised daily, keeping to both my eating and fitness routines. Generally feeling a lot more focused throughout the day, especially working in a sales environment which is very fast paced and up and down in various ways, the fact that simply doing an 8 week challenge not only came through in what i thought would only make a positive impact in my physical appearance but in my work life and general wellbeing also. My weight goal was to increase from 70KG to 72KG with more muscle. During my challenge i realised that due to my body type, i would have to eat a lot more than usual. With that being said, i managed to get to 71KG which i am still happy about due to my struggle in putting on size.
Overall, i am very proud of what i have been able to achieve, and i owe it all to these amazing products. Thank you YOR Health, i am feeling amazing right now and write this essay with a smile on my face looking back to the past 8 weeks and the journey entailed. I intend for this to be my ongoing lifestyle to see where this takes me in the long run. Super grateful for this all.
