Not too long ago, a friend introduced me to YOR Health. He spoke volumes of the products, and thanks to that and his knowledge about it, I trusted him and his experience with the company. So naturally, I immediately signed on as an Independent Representative. When I heard of the Best Body Challenge, I saw this as my opportunity, not only to motivate me, but also to really gain experience with the products and see the results myself. On top of that, I saw an opportunity to be a personal trainer again, and a fitness/TRX instructor. So I created a group of equally motivated people who simply wanted to feel good in their body. Thanks to them, we created a support/motivational system to better our day to day lives, through physical activity, and good nutrition. This was not my first rodeo in a cleanse/diet system though, and in my past experiences, the products from other companies left little in the way of texture and flavor. What I really love about the YOR health products though, is that the shakes taste delicious without needing to add fruit or other flavours to it. In addition, while I would get a bit peckish by the end of the day or just before noon, I never felt tired or out of energy. Instead, I felt awake, focused and strong, which motivated me to keep with it.
My primary jobs at this time are very active and keep me moving all day. I start the day with some fitness training, either with my fitness group or on my own, followed by working in landscaping all day, then coaching a local alpine ski club from time to time, and ending with some more fitness with my group of awesome and amazing people. Having to manage multiple jobs keeps me on my toes, and helps me stick to my routine which went as follows:
Mornings (6:30am): As soon as I woke and before my first meal, I took YOR Probiotic Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR SuperSlim.
I would then workout for 30-40min, and then start the day with a shake made with YOR MRP, YOR SuperGreens, YOR FiberPlus while I walk my dog for about 45min, then head to work.
Near 10am while at work, I would fill my hunger with a granola bar or some raw almonds and an apple. I would also take a YOR Berry Blast to give myself a little energy boost.
Midday: YOR SuperSlim and YOR Digest Utra before a meal consisting mostly of vegetables, chicken or quinoa.
Midafternoon (around 5pm): Once again I would give myself a boost of energy with a YOR BerryBlast, followed by fitness for about 1.5hr. My routines consisted of HIIT training, yoga, core exercises or TRX Suspension training. After the fitness routine, I would immediately make myself another shake with YOR MRP, YOR SuperGreens, YOR FiberPlus to help my body replenish and recover, and then take my dog for another hour walk.
Evenings: YOR SuperSlim and YOR Digest Ultra before the meal, which is usually about the same as my lunch. And I would then end the day with a YOR Repair Ultra before bed.
During the entirety of the challenge, I used a fitbit to keep track of my activities and caloric intake. With my work and other activities, I averages at least 40,000 or more steps a day.
After 8 weeks of hard work, I am happy to say that I am in better shape than I was when competed professionally in alpine skiing. On top of that, I was able to create a fitness group and get back into training people to reach their goals. I am so grateful to have discovered YOR Health and their products. What is awesome with the YOR Best Body Challenge, is despite your results, and whether you win the challenge or not, you win a healthier lifestyle, better habits, and knowledge that will help you not just today or this month, but the rest of your life.
