Hi, my name is Jeremy Phomsouvanh
Growing up with my family i've always been eating quite healthy but after family circumstances we had to result to bad choice of foods just to save money. Throughout high school I've tried my best staying fit while playing sports and gym. After graduating, being thrown in to the real world, trying to juggle between two jobs, it was hard maintaining my health and fitness, so i sort of let myself go.
During high school i used to have a major passion for football but after getting injured from playing for Australia, i wasn't able to play very long without my injury kicking in. It limited on what i was able to do to stay relatively fit. A lot of time after that, bad choice of foods came into the equation and further and further down the track, i was at my heaviest weight of 80 KG. That wasn't until i was introduced to the YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE. After knowing a lot about health and fitness i started taking the products before i hopped onto the 8 week challenge and i drastically dropped from 80 KG to 65 KG.
I started the challenge at the weight of 65 KG. Even though i had lost a lot of weight i was still carrying a lot of belly fat from bad foods, so my goal was just to put some lean muscle on while losing body fat. Due to work circumstances i have to fast between 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM to fit my meals into my lunch breaks.
During the Challenge:

Upon Rising:

As a snack between my shifts i would just water fast and have a piece of gum to past the time, until i was able to have my first meal at 4:00 PM.

Before Bed:

Before bed i would rub Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil onto my stomach to help get rid of necessary body fat.
After the challenge, i was quite happy with my results. I feel a lot more energised and healthy. Because of the challenge and the products, I'm going to continue to keep eating healthy and using the supplementation line!
