Hi everyone, my name is Mang Yang. I am 37 years old and a mother of five children. I work full time, go to school part time, and I take care of my kids and husband. After having my fifth child, I am at my biggest, 142 pounds. I was always tired and not happy with myself because it was hard for me to lose weight. I tried almost every crash diet possible and I would lose a few pounds, but then gained it right back.
I decided to take this challenge after I saw my mentor Xang post some before and after pictures of other people losing weight. I then decided to ask him about it and he told me about the Yor Health products. At first I was very skeptical because I didn’t know if it was just some scam or if it will actually help me lose weight? But I told myself, one way to find out is to try it. I have nothing to lose but weight.
My daily routine consists of:
Breakfast: 2 scoops of shakes, 1 scoop of supergreen, and 1 scoop of fiber. After that I take 2 vitamins.
Lunch: Ate a salad 4-5 days out of the week, the other days I will have a clean protein meal with low carbs. Then 1-2 digestive ultra after meal, and 2 more vitamins.
Dinner: 4-5 days out of the week, I take 2 scoops of shakes, the other days I would eat a clean protein meal with low carbs or a salad, take 1-2 digestive ultra after meal, and 2 vitamins.
Before bed: Took 2 Probiotics and 2 Repairs with a glass of water.
My snacks consist of Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, almonds, peanuts, carrots, and green peppers.
I hardly had time to exercise, but I would try to do some cardio and core workouts 2-3 times a week for 20-30 minutes each time.
I am happy to say that after my eight week challenge I lost 12 pounds total and I’m down by one clothes size. I’m able fit back into my old clothes from 5 years ago. I’ve never been happier with myself that I made it through the challenge and I was able to lose some weight. My journey does not end here, this is just the beginning. I am now a firm believer of Yor Health. Yor Health has given me back my energy and confidence. I will continue to strive with my routine and use Yor Health products. I couldn’t have done it without the help of my mentor Xang. He checked up on me almost daily to make sure I was on track. Never did I feel alone because he was always there pushing and motivating me.
