Breaking Bad
After making the decision to change from an unhealthy to a healthy lifestyle, I knew that it wouldn't be easy.
For years I had formed bad eating habits and the lie I kept telling myself was,
"Its alright, I'll burn it off tomorrow"
So the build up of calories was not helping me at all as I tried to be healthy without changing my habits.
Once I got introduced to the Go Green Cleanse, I was a bit sceptical at first especially when the program said to skip breakfast and just have a shake which consisted of
• Supergreens
• Berryblast
• Protein
• Lemon oil
• Fibre
I couldn't see it working
because I'm a big boy and I need my big brekky, so I couldn't see how a green shake was going to suppress the hunger of the beast, but it did!!! I was so Surprised ????
I would have a balanced meal and have my DIGEST ULTRA with all meals. I love ENZYMES!!!!! Those little guys are amazing ??
I felt more energetic throughout the day and I didn't feel sluggish or lethargic. So this new experience really boosted my confidence in the Yor Health Products ??
