Hi my name is Shane Chapman and I'm a 35 year old from Melbourne, Australia.

I began this challenge to get my health back on track. My health and wellness had taken a hit after finishing my football season with bursitis in my hip and a few other minor injuries that prevented me from exercising. I unfortunately started to lose focus on my health and started putting on weight, going over 90kg for the first time in my life. I needed to stop my weight from ballooning further so took up the Yor Health 8 Week Challenge.

Even though my exercise was restricted during the challenge due to my injuries I was able to focus on what I was putting into my body. The Yor Health products helped me regain control of my diet and I instantly began to see results. Even with the festive season in the middle of the challenge I was able to maintain a healthy weight while I celebrated Christmas, my 35th birthday and the New Year.

Each morning when I woke up I would have a shake consisting of the Yor Shake Vanilla, Yor Greens, Yor Fiber Plus and Yor Berry Blast. The was a delicious way to start the day and get all the energy I needed to keep me going all day.

For morning tea I would have a small fruit savory snack.

At lunch time I would enjoy a salad sandwich. Prior to consuming my lunch I would also take the Yor Digest Ultra and Yor Essential Vitamins.

I would have another small snack or Yor Shake Vanilla for afternoon tea.

Prior to enjoying a healthy dinner I would take the Yor Essential Vitamins with Yor Digest Ultra.

And just before I went to bed I would take Yor Repair and Probiotics Ultra. This really helped me achieve a good nights sleep.

Doing the Yor Best Body 8 Week Challenge also inspired me to ensure I worked hard at my rehab so that I could overcome my injuries. With the extra motivation from the challenge I was in the gym completing my rehab exercises 3 or 4 times per week. And now after 8 weeks I have started running again and am looking forward to another football season in 2018.

I would like to thank the people at Yor Health for the great products and the motivating best body challenge that has helped me lose over 10kg in 8 weeks. I am now starting the new year with a lot more confidence and a healthier and fitter body!
