Hey Yor Best Body Challenge Community.
I just want to share not only my experience with Yor Health products but also the importance that they have had in my fitness journey and my lifestyle so far. I love sports. I start being active in sports since I was 5 years old, as I used to be a big fan of soccer. As I started to grow up, when I got to the age of 15-16 I started to go to the gym and do body workouts quite often. Why did I started so earlier? The reason is because I love when I see myself evolving and becoming in someone who look better and feel better too. I am always in a constant battle with who I am and who I want to be. Always challenging myself and I think this is the reason why Fitness has been one of my most driven passions in my life.. Well, why did I choose Yor-Health If when I started using the products I was already going 4 times a week to the gym and also looking quite good? Well, the true is that Yor Health products has made my life so much easier and has also gave me permission to also have a social life outside of the gym and still be on my best body shape.
Before I started using Yor Health products, I used to be so worried about my diet, drink a lot of coffee and sometimes even have energy drinks like 'Red Bull' which obviously was really toxic for my body.
Then I met a Fitness Model who introduce me to Yor Health Products and also educate me properly about nutrition and intermittent fasting. After that, my health has got so much better, feeling 90% of the time with a lot of energy and also enjoying a balance lifestyle.
What I love most of Yor Health products is that provides me more freedom in having dinners outside, enjoying delicious meals and why not having nights out with my friends.. And still be looking better than when I wasn't taking the products.
My Daily Routine?
- 7:00 AM 1 SERVE OF YOR SUPER GREENS.
+ 1 SERVE OF YOR SUPER BERRY.
500 mls of WATER
Intermittent Fasting until Mid-Day.
- 1st Meal at Mid Day: A small or regular salad with chicken/fish. (It varies the size If that day I'm going to the gym)
+ 1 YOR DIGEST ULTRA CAPSULE.
2 YOR VITAMINS CAPSULE
- 2st Meal at 3:00 PM: Chia Puddin with strawberries, blueberries and banana.
- 3rd Meal at 6:00 PM: A small or regular salad with chicken/fish. (It varies the size If that day I'm going to the gym)
+ 1 YOR DIGEST ULTRA CAPSULE.
2 YOR VITAMINS CAPSULE
- 8:00 PM (BEFORE BED TIME)
+ 1 YOR PROBIOTICS CAPSULE.
1 SERVE OF YOR FIBER.
Gym days I usually just have a serve of Yor Chocolate Shake with 500 mls after training.
Really simple, If you are having a cheat meal or a heavy meal take YOR DIGEST ULTRA with you and it will take care of that! Enjoy life.
