My name is Judy Thao and I am 29 years old. I started struggling with my weight in 2012 and it just kept on getting worse as the years went on by. At that time, my period started to slow down and it became irregular. In 2014, I was diagnosed with PCOS with insulin resistance. It didn't really cross my mind at that time because I didn't really care what the diagnosis was. I didn't think anything was wrong with me and that I was fine. It didn't hit me until early 2015 when I suddenly wanted to have a family with my fiance and we visited the doctor's office. This time around, I didn't have my period for 3 years and that was the beginning of a major heartbreak for me. My doctor prescribed me to Metformin and Levothyroxine to assist in being normal again. He also gave me a diet plan and requested for me to start loosing weight as it would help me with my new journey. I was at my heaviest at 176 pounds in early 2015. I was also given Progesterone and Clomid within time to help induce my period and to ovulate which all failed.

By the time it hit mid 2017, none of the medications worked and I went through an emotional break down of wanting a baby really bad. I would feel so envious of my friends and strangers with babies and it would just bring me down completely. There were times where I would shut down everyone that tried to talk to me because they didn't understand what I went through. I told myself in September 2017, that I would try to lose weight and eat right. I wanted to kick infertility's butt and do it the natural way without all of the meds anymore. I even joined the gym and went 3-4 times a week. When it hit 7 weeks, I had a weight loss plateau and it didn't move anywhere. I sat at 12 pounds down and it just stuck which drove me crazy!

It wasn't until I saw a post from my Health Coach, Ka Boa. I wanted to know what the secret was and I was very determined to do it all to make it happen. She introduced me to Yor Health Products in November 2017. I started my 8 weeks challenge on Thanksgiving day because I wanted to start on the hardest week of the year and prove to myself that I can do it. It was a major struggle because I was always surrounded with good food and people with good food but I never gave up. The main products that I used is:

I also followed a strict diet of a 18 hour intermittent fasting with a 6 hour window of eating solid food.

I was SO happy with joy that I screamed when I realized that I really had a natural period. I never thought that any product would make me feel so alive and happy once more.
