Hi everyone! My name is Tu Le, I am 32 years old, and I am from Oakland, CA. I am a single mother of two teenagers and I work an esthetician and a lash artist. In the past, I’ve tried various methods to try and lose weight but was never completely satisfied with the results. I was either really tired or really hungry all the time throughout those journeys.
I took on the 8 week challenge when I saw postings from my health coach, Tim Nguyen, celebrating all these wonderful results. I thought to myself if they can do it maybe I can also. Although when it comes to me personally I tend to be skeptical but I gave it a try and I’m glad I did! I started the challenge weighing at 166lbs and completed at 153lbs! I’ve yet reached my desired goal but with the YOR health products I believe I will reach it if I continue this journey.
During the summer of 2017, I fell and injured my tailbone which limited my mobility for the rest of that year. During that time it was very painful to just sit down or stand up. I was very inactive and stress has taken its toll on me. Prior to the 8 week challenge, I normally turn to food for comfort, be as sedentary as possible, and rarely noticed how much I’ve damaged myself both internally and externally. After the challenge, I’ve grown to be more cautious about my overall health and learnt a lot about what I consume affects my digestive system.
My daily routine starts with 2 probiotics ultra & 2 repair ultra with a glass of water first thing in the morning at about 7:30am. I would proceed with 2 scoops of SuperGreens in 8oz water 30 minutes later. Around 10am, I take 2 super slim and half an hour later I would have either 2 scoops of the Vanilla or Chocolate Shake with 2 scoops of fiber plus in 10oz of water as breakfast. Sometime I’ll take a packet of berry blast in 8oz water at noon to give me that energy boost. By 2pm, I’ll take another 2 super slim and 30 minutes after I’ll have a protein lunch with 2 digest ultra prior and after my meal. At 4pm I’ll take 2 essential vitamins and at 6pm I’ll take another 2 super slim. Depending if I’m hungry or not, I’ll do the shake the same way I prepped for breakfast or I’ll have normal dinner with the digest ultra. I end my day taking another 2 essential vitamins at 8pm. At the beginning of the 5th week I incorporated 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes abs workout at 8:30pm.
This challenge has shifted my mindset to not exclusively focus only on losing weight, but to balance it with a healthy lifestyle as well. YOR health has convinced me of all the health benefits it offered and I will continue to go on this journey to set better examples for my children and love ones.
