My name is Nader Nakhli, I live in Lebanon, Beirut. I am a business owner and I love playing soccer.
I decided to take the challenge because I will be the first ever contestant in Lebanon to participate and I wanted to see the results for myself! So I have always prided myself on how I look and have always looked after my health, so about 2 years ago, I decided to try some gym supplements to help get rid of fats and gain muscle, however I started to experience serious health problems and was recommended I see a Doctor and was told to immediately stopped taking supplements of this kind. Due to this, I wasn’t seeing results anymore and stopped going to the gym.
Then I was introduced to YOR Health supplements and when i saw that they're plant-based and there were alot of people gaining really good results, I thought I have nothing to lose and tried them.
During my 8 Week Challenge, I was exercising 4-5 days a week, 1 hour a day, mainly cardio and weight training. Unfortunately I injured my leg during soccer and was recommended by the Doctor that I dont do any physical activity for a while, so I was unable to exercise for 3 weeks and play soccer during my challenge but I kept taking the products.
The results I saw after the completion of my 8 weeks shocked me and everyone that knew me. I gained my health back, Im fit, I have more energy, the fats around my stomach region have completely dissapeared, Iv been able to shred and tone and I have never felt happier.

During the challenge:
Morning;
I had YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fibre Plus and Berry Blast with 400mLs of water every morning.
After my gym workout or as a snack to avoid eating unhealthy food, I would use the YOR Shake with water.
Lunch & Dinner;
My first meal of the day was after 1pm and I would have my last meal 6-8 hours after that. I followed the Intermittent Fasting Program which worked really well for me, especially around my stomach region.
With every meal I had one YOR Digestive Ultra at the start of the meal.
Bedtime:
Lastly before bed I would have one YOR Probiotics
