Hello everyone! I'm Peter, 21 years old and this is my very first 8 Week Challenge! I've lost 12 lbs. total so far, going from 192 lbs. to 180 lbs. and went down 2 pants sizes!

I live in Minnesota where my body fat kept me warm in the Winter. Well, Spring is here and Summer is approaching and it's time to shed this fat! I've struggled with my weight throughout my whole life, eating a lot of junk food while growing up, or going out to eat at fast food restaurants as an adult more times a week than I would like. I've always been heavily self-conscious about my weight and body. I would be too ashamed to take off my shirt in a public pool or beach area.

I reached the point where my body told me signs that I was unhealthy. I felt exhausted almost everyday, and I would feel this ache or pain around my heart, and that's when realization hit me. My heart was telling me, "Peter, you're not treating your body well at all. If you keep this up, I'm going to treat you the same way you treat us". I was scared. I knew the potential and dangers of a heart attack were real. This is when I finally decided to turn my life around and get my health into good shape.

With the help of the YOR Health products, my life during the past 8 weeks has improved so much more for the better. I never feel exhausted or sleepy anymore during the day thanks to the YOR Berry Blast and YOR SuperGreens. In the past, I would always get sick at least once during the every winter, but with the aid of the YOR Probiotics Ultra I haven't gotten sick at all this winter! My most favorite products so far will most likely be the YOR Shake and YOR Essential Vitamins. They fill me up with the all the nutrients I need throughout the day. The YOR Super Slim and YOR Digest Ultra helps contribute to suppressing my appetite and boosting my metabolism! A great aid to my weight loss journey.

Every large meal, I take a Yor Super Slim 30 minutes before, and a 1 YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins a couple bites into the meal.

What I take daily is, right when I wake up, take a YOR Super Slim, YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra. 30 minutes after, I prepare my breakfast with 1 serving of YOR Shake, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus, YOR Essential Vitimins and YOR Berry Blast to start my day.

- Snacks consist from nuts, celery, berries and other fruits.
- Lunch is usually something high in protein, ie. chicken breast or light tuna.
- Dinner is the same shake as breakfast minus the YOR Berry Blast.
- Some more snacks or another shake if I'm feeling a little hungry after dinner and 1 more YOR Repair Ultra before I go to sleep.

For my workout, I picked which one seems to work the best for me. So I'm doing 4 day Upper/Lower Body Split.
My motivation to keep going to the gym is seeing the progress I'm making every week! I'm currently going up 5 lbs every session and lifting 3x the amount I started with!

My body and my mind are feeling so much better now and I'm forever grateful to my mentors and the products for helping me to change and lead a healthy lifestyle. I can no longer feel that ache or pain around my heart anymore, which is amazing! I'm getting closer and closer to having a healthier body each and everyday. I'll keep pursuing and continue working on my body so that by the time summer comes, I finally won't be ashamed to show my body for the first time in my life.
