Hi, my name is Ryan Don Paul. I'm 28 years old and I'm from Melbourne, Australia!

At the start of this challenge I weighed
72kgs, I am now 68kgs which makes my total weight loss 4kgs.

A month before I started this challenge I had knee surgery as a result of getting injured from playing soccer. I was very unhappy as I couldn't exercise or even walk properly for that matter. I began to put on a few kgs of extra fat that I definitely didn't need or want. Low in energy, low in confidence and self esteem as I'm used to looking and feeling quite fit.. So I decided that once I have done my rehab for my knee, I would start another challenge.

My goal for this challenge was to drop 5kgs and be able to get back into playing soccer again at a fit and healthy weight.

Product plan that I followed:

Morning I would wake up and drink a glass of water. I'd have 1 Repair Ultra with another glass of water.
After an hour of waking I would have SuperGreens and Fibre Plus mixed with water.

At roughly 12pm I would have my first meal of the day. 30 minutes before I would have a YOR Super Slim and at the start of the meal of course I have my Digestive Ultra Enzymes.
I take 2 YOR Essential Vitamins in between my meal.

I snack on fruits and almonds in between lunch and dinner..

Dinner I would have about 6-8 hours after lunch and follow the same process. 30 mins before I have the SuperSlim and at the start of the meal I have Digestive Ultra. Again 2 Essential Vitamins throughout the meal.

Before soccer training or a game I would have a Berry Blast mixed in water.
After training I would usually have YOR Shake..
I started soccer training only 5 weeks ago, 2 times a week. And 1 game on the weekend..

Finally before bed I have 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 1 YOR Repair Ultra with a glass of water.

Throughout the day I drank 2-3 litres of water.

I'm extremely happy with my results as I'm back playing 90 minutes of full intensity semi professional soccer again.
I've lost quite a lot of the unwanted fat and I'm feeling better than ever!
I also believe that having all of the products including the repair ultra has really sped up my recovery after surgery!!
What amazes me most is that I did not do any weight training as I have an injured shoulder, but I was still able to increase muscle and drop fat! It's safe to say these products are incredible!!

A lot of people are now asking how I got so fit, so quick. I tell them it's the world's best kept secret! So glad I can help other people and recommend this to them!!

I'm so thankful for YOR Health. Honestly if it wasn't for the YOR 8 Week Best Body challenge and the amazing products, I would not be motivated nor have the current results I've got!
