My name is Lee Fang, I’m 28 years old. At age 26 I was pregnant with my first baby, but 26 weeks into my pregnancy I was hospitalized and the doctors had to performed an emergency c-section due to server hypertension/preeclampsia that can harm both my baby and I. My baby girl was born way too early in my pregnancy; two days later she had past.

One year after the birth of my daughter, I was pregnant again with my second baby; a baby boy. He’s 10 months old as of today. Though he was born healthy I still had a high risk pregnancy that I had to under go another c-section at 38 weeks just so I can avoid further complications.

My husband has been my biggest supporter! When both our world went dark, he was the one that stayed strong for the both of us even though his heart was broken just as much as mine. He held my hand and walked beside me through it all. Him and both my babies definitely are what motivates me to strive and get on this healthy lifestyle to live longer and healthier!

I take one probiotic and two super slim in the morning on an empty stomach then wait 30 minutes before taking my vanilla shake mixed in with two scoop of fibers and one scoop super green for breakfast. For my lunch I try to be creative and try to eat something different everyday other than the usual salad. I ate salmon, chicken, turkey, grilled veggies of all sorts, stir fry veggies with very little seasoning, and lots of avocados. Along with my lunch I would take two vitamins and two ultra digest as well. Dinner would usually be the chocolate shake with two scoop of fibers along two vitamins. Lastly, before bedtime I would take two ultra repairs.

My weight when I started was 172lbs and now I'm down to 162lbs. With a baby it’s impossible to put in a workout, so with very little workout (once or twice a week) I managed to lose 10lbs in 8 weeks.
10lbs may seem little to some people but it can do a lot to ones body! My stomach has flatten a lot and my clothes are so much looser now! My goal is to lose 40 pounds so I will definitely do another cycle and work even harder to reach my goal.
