Since I was 4 years old I have been very involved in sports. I have always enjoyed being active and working out, and I spent more time in the gym that almost anywhere else growing. I was able to get a little bit stronger, but always felt like it was very challenging to put on muscle.

Coming out of school and working an 8-5pm job (but usually more like 6 or 7pm), and also building my own business, it had become even more challenging to stay consistent and get in the gym. Especially when I felt like I would put in lots of hours in the gym and still look exactly the same. Using the YOR Health product line had already benefited me quite a bit in having more natural energy and even helped out all the energy drinks I was consuming, at least 1 or 2 a day. But I still had not successfully been able to bulk up and put on muscle.

I decided to join the 8 week challenge and committed to stick with it for the duration of the challenge. Thank God I did because I was blown away by the results. 8 weeks is a very doable time frame, and long enough to also establish good habits. I joined the challenge at 156 lbs and set my goal at gaining 10 lbs. I was not expecting the accomplish the goal, but every week I was feeling and looking better. After only 6 weeks I was already at my goal and after the full 8 weeks I was up 12 lbs. I did this working out 4-5 times a week. I did crossfit usually twice a week, and isolated different muscle groups 2-3 times a week.

My favorite product recipe is a 3-scoop MRP with bananas, peanut butter, Fiber, and oatmeal after working out (and sometimes for breakfast too.) I also take the CompleteBurn and SuperGreens before working out, and Vitamins and Digestive Enzymes consistently throughout the day.

I am more confident in my health than ever and well on the way to the body of my dreams.
