Hello! My name is Sheryl.  I grew up in a Filipino household where our usual culture meals consisted of oily, salty, fried, fattening foods.  I loved eating a lot of rice, meaty meals like adobo and BBQ, desserts like cakes and sweets and just a whole lot of junk food. I never really paid attention to what I ate, I would eat everything for taste.  Healthy foods such as salads and fruits were not common for me.  As a result, it started to take a toll on my health.
It all started about two years ago.  According to my BMI, I was pretty "healthy" with my weight. I was on the borderline between overweight and healthy. But when going through a lot of depression and stress for the past couple of years, I started gaining weight and developing a digestive issue. I always had that mindset that "stressed" is "dessert" spelled backwards, so I always thought that having some ice cream or cake would make me feel better from all the stress. 
I ignored the fact that I was gaining weight and nothing seem to matter to me anymore when I was depressed. I would always be criticized by my mother about my weight, but I always told her, "I'm OK, I won't gain anymore." She suggested so many things for me to do, like signing up at a health club, trying different diets, exercising at home, but I never listened and was too sad to do anything at all about it.  It changed for me at the beginning of this year when I had seen a picture of myself and I was so shocked at how much I had let my self image go. I never thought that I would gain THAT much weight and I couldn't recognize the person in the picture anymore.  I was at my heaviest point at 170 lbs for being 5"2.  I decide to do everything I could do to get my health back.  I went to the gym more often and started different diets and programs.  I would lose weight here and there and eventually I got stuck and couldn't lose anymore weight.
Two months ago, a good friend introduced YOR Health to me.  I was amazed at what it had done for her and I knew I had to get started right away on it.  After the first couple of days of taking them, I fell in love. I loved the feeling of how my stomach started going down, I had more energy to work out, my skin started to feel smoother and I had better digestion.  I am now down two sizes in my clothing and lost several inches off my waistline! More importantly I am able to regain the feeling of feeling healthy inside and out. I started at 147 lbs and now I am at 140 lbs, losing 7 lbs total in this challenge.
To get to where I am now, I followed the simple product regimen.  In the morning and at nights I would take my probiotics and repairs.  I would look forward to the delicious combination of my mrp, fiber and supergreen as my breakfast. Before I work out, I would take my berry blast or complete burn.  I really love how the products help me sweat out the toxins out of my body when I work out and the energy I get out of it. For my meals, I would have my vitamins and digestives ultras and I love how it helps break down my food and I wouldn't be tired after eating.  I especially love how the mrp keeps me full and satisfied for a couple of hours and controls my cravings!
