I am an full time working mom of two. Diabetes run in my family. I decided that I need to be healthy so that I can be there for my familt. My mom passed away from diabetes, my big sister had diabetes for years and thank God she finally got her kidney transplant done for a year now. I saw how difficult it was for my mom and my sister. I had never revealed to anyone that I am at borderline for diabetes. It scary me a lot. My weight is one of my biggest challenge. I had always gain weight and never lose before until YOR health. My biggest obstacle is myself. I am a procrastinate person and yet YOR health got me to start taking care of my health. Easy to use, use to follow. I am overweight, 5'2" and 138. Officially when it come to exercise at gym, I would said maybe 10 time. I didn't exercise much even when I go to gym because I give up to easily and becuse I wasn't confidence and brave enough to bear the pain. No pain, no gain. I love the fiber and the digest pill. These help me regulate my digestive. I had only tries the digest ultra, fiber plus, probiotics, essential vitamin, berry blast, and supergreens. I used to drink soda in the morning to wake me up and then it was coffee. I have not have coffee or soda since I started using these. I feel wide awake each day and when I low on energy, my berry blast give me the boost I needed to complete my day. I used to have back pain almost every day. I would wake up and feel like I slept wrong. I feel as if my body had been bend in all the wrong places. I don't know when the pains went away but now I wake up with no pain. I am more hydrated and energetic.
