Hi everyone!
My name is Jorgelina Ruiz, I am a 24 year old from Dallas,TX. I am a wife and mother of 2 wonderful little boys.
I joined this challenge because as full and happy as my life was, I didn’t feel it, and after having my second son (now 8 months), I started to hit depression (a little late for post partum I know) I knew then it was time for change. I had been struggling with my weight loss and I knew that it was starting to weigh on me mentally.
I finally decided to do the 8 week challenge for my kids more than anything, they needed their mom back! I wanted to be that fun active mom I used to be and get out of my slump! My normal weight has always been 150lbs, I had gotten up to 200lbs so needless to say I was tired of being tired! I was tired of feeling bloated all the time, I was tired of feeling sorry for myself!!!!!
So I made the change and here I am!
-I started off my mornings with
(1)Yor Probiotics
(2)Yor Repairs
And SuperGreens mixed with Berry Blast (If I worked out that morning this would be my pre work out)
-For breakfast I would have a Shake mixed with some sort of fruit
(2-3)Essential Vitamins
-For lunch I would eat a decent healthy lunch with
(2-3)Essential Vitamins
(1) Yor Digest
-and for dinner I would either have another Shake or a healthy salad with fruits/nuts
(1)Yor Digest (If I ate something other than the shake)
- before bed

Now I did struggle at times, but when I did eat bad my body reminded me I couldn’t anymore! It was amazing! I stopped craving the bad things! I never believed people when they said your body will start demanding the good stuff, but and here I am! It was WAY easier than I thought, looking at the changes was one thing but feeling them!! Oh man that was a HUGE motivator! I couldn’t be happier! I feel great! I no longer suffer from that depression I was in, my husband and kids seem happier, which makes me feel like ME again. I could go on and on about the changes this company has had on my life but my BIGGEST goal now is to share the greatness as a promoter! I want to keep doing the 8 week challenges and share these wonderful products!
