My name is Tuyen Nguyen and today is the end of this challenge that marks one of my biggest diet commitments ever. I'm a mother of 3 boys and operates 4 different businesses of my own. After having my boys, my body has never been the same. I was stuck at over 120 lbs for years and seeing the weight dropped over the challenge has given me hope and that I have made the right decision to believe in Yor Health products. My schedule has been beyond hectic so some days it was impoossible to follow my routine but I made it up otherwise. I lost 3 lbs my first week and but the challenge was tough because of my unpredicatable schedule but I stuck with it as close as I could. I was able to work out some weeks and for those days that I can't make it to the gym, I would seldomly work out at home for about 15 mins now and then. Now I'm at 114 lbs and I haven't felt this great in a long time. I feel more confident and happy to have fit into my old clothes again and shopping is exciting again. My results have resonated to my close friends and they are all giving this a try, which is something that I'm very happy to help them achieve their health goals. I will continue to use the products and ultimately tone up my entire body. I'm glad I found Yor Health products and how it has transformed my eating conscience and my motivation to make healthier choices daily for myself and my family. My routine are as follows:
Early morning: 1 probiotic in around 7am on an empty stomach.
Breakfast: 1 vanilla shake, 2 vitamins, berry blast, and 1 scoop of fiber for breakfast.
Lunch: my lunch are very late in the midday and usually mixed of greens, dressing with lean protein or mixed of seasoning cooked veggies with lean protein. I also take 2 vitamins and 2 Ultra digest.
Snack: unsalted nuts, kiwi, banana, or more salad.
Dinner: Chocalate shake with 2 vitamins
Bedtime: 1 probiotic and 2 ultra repair
