Hi there, my name is Bruce and i am from Queensland, Australia. I am a personal trainer and i love exercising. I was once overweight and now i am determined to stay on track with my current weight, my diet and exercise.
The reason why i took the challenge was so i could see how far i could test myself and how disciplined i could be when it came to food and the consistency of my diet. It was not long ago that i was overweight. I also struggled a lot with my unhealthy lifestyle and simple tasks seemed difficult. Taking the challenge made me see that it is possible to change my mindset and achieve a lot of things.
Not only has my body changed physically but my attitude has change positively as well. I feel as changing my diet helped my mood and it also helped me looked at more of the positive aspects of life. At the end of each day i was feeling like i had more energy and feeling less tired.
Before the challenge i felt unhappy about myself as i had not reach my goal yet in regards to my body image. However i was aware that the poor lifestyle choices where the reason why i looked and felt that way. After the challenge i felt as though i am a brand new person. The way i look to the way i talk to how i feel about myself has totally changed and i am going to make sure that i feel like this forever.
When it came to the YOR health products i used the whole range, i wanted to make sure that i had the full cleanse. I took all of the products everyday and i made sure that i was consistent with it. It was hard at first but i wanted to hit my goal of 12% body so i made sure i was consistent with my diet, exercise and taking the products everyday. I used the supergreens, berry blast and the fiber in the morning as my breakfast shake. During each meal i take a digest ultra capsule with essential vitamins. During the night before i go to bed, i take a capsule of repair ultra and probiotics to help my body restore itself from a long day.
For exercise i try my best to exercise everyday, i do a lot of HIIT and weights sessions. The combination of these workouts made it so i can burn fat and gain muscle. This assisted me with losing the excess body fat that i did not need. I can also certainly say that i got to my results a lot more effectively and efficiently through these workouts. Not only did these workouts help me lose weight but i also had a lot of fun and it defiantly boosted my emotions after i had finish the workout.
I could not have think of another way of my life being change for the better. If it wasn't for the 8 week challenge, my weight and attitude towards a lot of things would defiantly stayed he same. I feel like i can now tackle now challenges in my life thanks to the new confidence i had gained from my weight loss journey. Only better things to come from here and i am excited to see what my future has on offer.
