Hello everybody, my name is Michael Whittington. I am the oldest of three boys. I have always been into nutrition and working out, ever since I was a young boy. My dad was an amateur body builder so I have always been around supplements and educated on a healthy diet. The thing for me that was frustrating though is that even though I worked out and ate right for the most part, I would never see changes in my body. My brother would eat Macdonalds everyday and still have a 12-pack, and not work out one day. My dad came up with this nickname for me growing up, which was Winnie the Pooh. So, of course my friends started calling me that. Even though I would laugh it off around them, I remember always going into the bathroom and looking in the mirror and saying to myself, I am always going to look like this no matter what I do. Even though I was never obese, in my mind, I was the ugly duckling of the family. I still worked my butt off and did not let anything bring me down. I stayed committed to my regimen because I just figured eventually my body and self-confidence would change. That didnt happen for me though, until I got introduced to YOR Health. When I saw the concept of enzymes, I was blown away. This company has taught so much about nutrition and I am so blessed that I was introduced to this company by my girlfriend and Trent Haery. The products that I used to get to my final weight is the MRP, completeburn, digest ultra, and supergreens. I never use to eat breakfast, because I was never hungry in the morning, but the MRP allows me to get my meal, workout harder, and I use it for a recovery drink. The completeburn is truly the limitless pill. I have crazy energy and feel so good when I take those completeburn. I also definitely noticed my mid section, after all these years, was finally starting to look the way I wanted it to. My digestion was horrible before being on these products. I used to go to the bathroom once every 6-7 days. The digest ultra has really helped me get regular again. Knowing the importance of digestion, this company truly has saved my life, and I will be forever grateful. I love the supergreens because I am getting my fruits and veggies that I never would have gotten otherwise. Somebody like me who works out 5-6 days a week needs to have the right nutrition. YOR Health what you have done for me is amazing, and now I am just so passionate about educating people, that their is a way to live a long, healthy life without any major problems.
