This Cycle has been the best experience I have had in a long time in respect to my personal health. The mental challenge, the physical challenge and most important, the belief that I can make a decision and stick through to get the results that I want.
It was not an easy ride and there have been many moments when I wanted to indulge and go back to my old eating habits, but didn't. There were days when I actually told myself to take a break because the last two days of working out was good enough, but I didn't. The best part was going out to eat with friends/family because of the look they give you, or the comments they say when you tell them you are choosing to live healthier. Another challenge, but the first time understanding the lesson.
I started this challenge at 165 lbs, the same day my last challenge ended. In the previous challenges, my results were not as dramatic and it was frustrating because I know that my diet is creating the barrier to my results. So I told myself in this cycle that I would monitor my eating times and portions so that I can still enjoy what I like to eat, but in moderation. Also, I became more focused on my workouts for ME rather than always looking around and comparing myself to others. I did not want to be the one who went to the gym to say that I go to the gym, but rather the one who goes to get results. Overall, 8 weeks after, I love what I can do when I believe that I can do it.
The products I used the most Completeburns, YOR Digest, Fiber Plus and Probiotics Ultra. I added the Fiber Plus on everything I ate because it is easy to eat and gives everything a banana scent. It went great with my salads, cereals, my meats and simply with peanut butter. Completeburns was my best friend at the gym. I worked out at least 5 days a week and I would use one before and after my workout.
For the next cycle, I am planning to really add on the size and incorporating more YOR Shakes. Even though I was in the sculpt category, I did lose some strength due to my diet. This time around, I am going for the BIG changes.
