Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Bruce Tran and this is my result from completing the 8 week challenge. I am still determined to keeping my diet and exercise on track since my last challenge in group 140.

The reason why i took the challenge was due to my striving nature to be a better version of myself everyday. I wanted to see how far i can go within. the 8 week challenge. I would think that i did a very good job in regards of the challenge.

I enjoyed exercising and will continue to push my self past the limits in order to hit my goals. It was quite difficult at the start but the products helped me get through those stages.

Before i did the sculpt challenge i was still wanting to continue moving forward in getting the body that i want. I want to be able to take my shirt off and feel good about my self rather than feeling uncomfortable. I feel that way now and i am very excited for what is next to come.

With the YOR Health Products, i used a wide range of it. My daily regimen of Supergreens, Fiber and Berry Blast all together as my morning shake. A digest between each meal. At night time before i go to bed i'll take a probiotic and a repair ultra for recovery. I also use the intermittent fasting method as well and fast for 16 hours a day.

I exercised almost every day, however their were only days where i would practice on my technique and not go to extreme, because my body needs to rest as well. My exercise sessions consists of HIIT and Calisthenics. There were also a few days in the week where i would do a few boxing sessions. The other lot of exercises i have done a lot of is core exercises. This helped strengthened my lower back and helped with technique for Calisthenics. Also, after i wake up and before i go to bed, i do 60 push ups all at once and a core exercise. This is standard body weight movement so i was able to do this everyday.

I'm glad to have participated in this 8 week challenge as it has helped me to not take things for granted and i was able to appreciate every part of my journey. I had a lot of fun doing this challenge and i also learnt a lot about myself in the process as well. The whole experience was an eye opener for me and i am extremely grateful for it.
