I have always struggled with Consistency when it has come to a balanced diet and exercise, which is why the YOR Best Body challenge seemed a perfect starting point for my journey to becoming a fitter and healthier version of myself!
Before the challenge I was happy with my weight however I was not happy with my body shape. I felt areas were quite droopy after having my two babies and there was no sign of muscle definition - so my goal was to sculpt my body into a toned and defined shape I was happy with!
During the challenge I had just returned to my 9-5 employment after my second bub, I was up most nights with either or both of my children and all of my remaining effort was put into the hardest yet most rewarding task of them all - mothering for my children. It’s safe to say some days it was hard for me to find the energy to stay committed to the challenge but that’s where the amazing YOR Health products really helped out!
I achieve my results through a balanced diet combined with a workout 3 times per weeks, which included Cardio, light weight training and abdominal exercises. Outside of my workouts I would make a conscious effort to walk more where I could. My go to YOR Health products that contributed to my results were the YOR Digest Ultra which I took with my 3 daily meals and the YOR shakes which I would have post workout and as an afternoon snack each day! I also ensured my daily water intake was sufficient for my body’s needs.
Overall I am happy with my results, I still have a bit to go to get to my ideal shape however I am so proud of myself for staying committed even when running on empty most days and for most of all taking the first step in achieving my goal body. I feel so much closer to the healthier, toned version of myself I was chasing at the beginning of the challenge and I’m very happy about it!
