I decided to enter the 8 week challenge because i was sick of feeling so insecure & just unhappy with my appearance and overall health! I had stepped on the scales and to my disgust was the heaviest I’d ever been in my life, 90kgs. I couldn’t believe it. But after over indulging over Christmas, birthdays, a holiday to Bali, going out to countless dinners with overseas friends visiting & in the process of building my own cake business from home I shouldn’t be that surprised. In 2018 I put all these things ahead of my health & I could definitely feel it. Everyday was a struggle to do the simplest of tasks like putting my shoes on, getting in & out of my car & i had no energy for life anymore. I would spend my weekends inside & try to avoid any social events because i hated how i looked so much. I decided I needed a change! I made a vision board with all of the photos I hated of myself & used that as motivation.
The first week was the hardest, detoxing from all the bad food & getting in the habit of waking up early to workout but everyday it got easier. I trained 3-4 times per week & ate a balanced 70/30 diet. I still enjoyed my favourite foods every now and then but definitely didn’t have the strong cravings for sweets as before!
I took the Yor Health products daily.

This 8 week challenge has helped me stay consistent with my training and also with my eating habits. I no longer have fast food cravings which was a big part of my life before.
In just 8 weeks I lost a total of 9 kilos! While that may not seem like a lot it’s made an enormous difference to my life! I have my confidence back, I have the courage to go clothes shopping & enjoy going out to social events which I dreaded so much before! I am so much happier & I know this is only the beginning. I will be starting a another 8 week challenge to shed some more weight & am so thankful for the Yor Health products i couldn’t of done it without them!
