Hey Everyone my name is Lenny Nivar am 18 years old and on May 9 i committed to join the 8 week challenge because i wanted to get nice rip abs and sculpted my body. I also wanted to lose some of that fat i had in order to get abs. Well today i feel proud of myself enough to let everyone know that i have lost around 11 pounds and feel better that before i also feel more muscular.

In order to achieve i created my own weekly schedule that way each day i would be working different par of my body. My schedule included Mondays Chest and Triceps, Tuesdays Shoulders and Abs, Wednesday Back and Biceps, Thursday Cardio and on Friday work on legs. Also besides this i had my own 30 days abs workout which i performed during the night time after i got home from work. I really thanks Yor Health because thank to the Yor Ultra Reapir i didn't felt as tired as i would normally do and on top i can work hard knowing that i would that be tired the next day. I like the Berry Blast because i usually drink it before i go to exercise as doing cardio in Thursdays but it also helped me wake up during the morning or whenever i felt down. The Yor MRP help me last longer to eat specially before going to bed or as breakfast which is one of the most important meals of the day.

This challenge have impacted my life in a good way because before i though i was never gonna have abs specially with my eating habits at home and with my mother meals but i realize that yes i can as long as i want to and also that i just need to be patient and whenever i expected i will be shredded :). Yor Health also helped me with my work because i took my vitamins everyday that way i keep my body with energy all the time and specially in the morning. Last but not least even though i wasn't i wasn't that fat i do feel better within myself and whenever i work out. Thank You For reading my essay and hope you reach your goals.
