Hello my name is Sandra Tovar.
The main reason I started this challenge was to get rid off the High cholesterol, drop some pounds since the doctor told me to do so and lower my chance of being part of the diabetic group, especially since some of my family members have that and I see how they suffer. Having extra pounds, feeling sick all the time, not being able to do what I wanted, not being able to wear whatever I wanted, were just some other examples that really pushed me to start this challenge.
when I started I was feeling dizzy, tired, with headaches and some times my hands were tingling. After a week or so the simtoms were just less and less. At the beginning of the challenge I was able to walk for 15 to 20 minutes and that was all I was able to do, I was out of breath, tired and with pain all over my body.
After couple of weeks I was able to walk normal and little by little I was able to see that all of my products were helping as well, specially the Ultra Repair that help me with the Muscle pain, my energy drink that kept me moving even when I was not feeling like walking..
I started with 189 lbs and finishing the challenge with 177 lbs and counting... I can't wait to visit my doctor and show him all of my progress.
The Routine of how I used my products was the following:
Morning:
two probioticos
one glass of water with lemon essential oils
One glass of super greens
During lunch one or two enzymes (Depending on how heavy was the lunch)
one cup of water with some fiber
Night
one or two enzymes
one repair
one glass of vanilla shake
This routine was easy to follow, the hard work was the workout, but at least now I have a little bit of condicion to continue on the following challenge.
I am forever thankful and grateful that Yorhealth is now part of my life and as well part of my family's. Now that I am in this journey I will be signing up for the next challenge.
