My name is Lexi, and I am 37 years old. Ever since I had my daughter four years ago I've been struggling to get my body back. I've tried many things like green tea, coffee beans, slim coffee drinks, and working out, but nothing was working anymore. I decided to take the challenge because I was inspired by seeing everyone's success. I knew that I needed to take a big step towards this change and be selfish for once in order to improve my happiness and health. In the beginning, it was quite a challenge to not cheat because I love food but now I am much more disciplined and consciously making better choices when eating such as utilizing portion control. I didn't have a lot of energy at all before starting the challenge. I found myself feeling tired and fatigued after work which, in turn, made me want to relax and eat. Now I wake up extra early every other day to work out before work and once again when I get home from work!! I was disgusted at myself and didn't even want to look at myself in the mirror because I didn't like what I saw looking back at me. I also hated not fitting into clothes that I used to wear when I was in shape. Now that I've lost a total of 16 pounds I am already fitting back into my slim clothes and once again a size small!!! The Yor Health products that I used and will continue using consist of Probiotic and Repair first thing when I wake up on an empty stomach, then a Yor shake with 2 vitamins for breakfast. At lunch, along with the digest and vitamin pills, I have a grilled chicken/shrimp/ or fish salad, (for snacks I eat a lot of fruits and nuts). For dinner, I have the YOR shake and vitamins by 8:30pm. If I decide to have an actual meal for dinner I make sure to take the digest pills along with it to help me break down the food. Finally, before bedtime, I take Probiotic and Repair. With eating healthy and working out at least 3 times a week, this challenge has kick-started me back on the road to regaining my sexy body, confidence, and better health. I am thankful for YOR health, my mentor, and the support group. You all are the way of healthy living, your products are the best, and the whole organization is very uplifting and positive.
