I'm Fatima. Recently left the corporate world after 21 years and moved to another state to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams.
I decided to join the challenge because I wanted to do something I had never tried before. Join the challenge every 8-weeks. This pushes me to stay consistent, to challenge myself and to feel and look better with time.
While I was diagnosed with post-menopausia that impacted me not only physically but emotionally, I was struggling with sleep. However, I knew that as long as I was in control of my health, habits and my mind, I was going to give it my all.
Even during the pandemia, and the life changes I was determined to follow the steps of my friend and mentor, Iris Gomez, to commit no matter the circumstances. To keep going daily.
Prior to joining the challenge, even looking at the before pictures, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. I knew I had slacked by eating, drinking and not getting enough sleep. Now, I feel even more determined to keep going no matter what. I have more energy, fortunately I have not been sick.
The products I used were all the supplements (I also fasted a minimum of 12-16 hours daily with the exception of the weekend:
AM on empty stomach-
1- 2 Repairs
1- AMP
2-Vitamins
1- Fiber
Breakfast
1-2 enzymes
Snack
light or 2 scoops of MRP
Lunch
light lunch with 1-2 enzymes
1 vitamin
Snack
Super greens (1-2 scoops)
Dinner
1-2 enzymes
light dinner or MRP 2 scoops
Before bed on empty stomach
2-Probiotics
1-2 reparis
2 scoops of fiber
I exercised 6 days a week, HITT workouts, focused on core, hips, legs and just added the last 2 weeks 5-10 mins of cardio on the elliptical. Working out is a new habit that I know consider it as part of my non-negotiable morning routine.
The YOR Best body pushes me to not give up, every challenge teaches me something new, pushes me to improve and to continue to share this with everyone I know. I love posting my supplement line on social media, I love sharing that I deep in my heart I know the supplements have saved me from health issues.
Next challenge I will focus on more muscle building <3
