I joined the Challenge because I wanted to lose that belly that looked so weird and ugly. At first, I wasn’t convinced I could I get rid of it in just an 8-week program, but I said, ok, let’s go with the flow and see what happens. Since much of my job consists on visiting customers, I couldn’t follow a strict diet and usually had fast food (and greasy and unhealthy!), certainly I needed a change and something that properly nourish me, and then I saw how my friend’s health improved dramatically and I told myself, I want to feel that good and I want everyone to notice it! Let’s go for it!

The very first thing I do every morning is to have a Repair and a Probiotic capsules, and then on my way to work I have an MRP with Fiber Plus, (Chocolate flavor with a banana is my favorite!) I feel so satisfied that I don’t crave for cookies or other unhealthy snacks all day. At noon I have my regular meal with my Digest Ultra, its impressive how fast and effective it is! I don’t feel like a balloon after lunch! Back home, I have a frappe celery-Super Greens beverage as a mid-afternoon snack, which is great because tastes delicious and my hair, skin and mood are very thankful to. I have a light supper and the last thing before going to sleep is to have a Repair capsule. Of course I have the Vitamins 3 times a day, they are awesome!

First two weeks I didn’t feel like doing exercise, but I started to feel so energized that work out was so expected. I work out 6 days a week in the morning and sometimes at night too, I like to work with my own weight, so I do push-ups, crunches and some stretching and even some yoga postures, some days I did a few pull-ups too. So I started at 84kg (185lbs, BMI=27) and now my weight is 71 kg (156lbs)!!! My main goal was to reach BMI=25 which means normal weight and I reached it and surpassed in this first cycle, BMI=22.9! Not even at college when I was on Track & Field team I felt better than now since I joined the YOR Health CHALLENGE, I feel how I’ve drop sizes, it was amazing that day when I needed to use another hole in my belt! And then a couple of weeks later another one! My skin is much better, my hair, I don’t have the morning hurt in my knees! I’m so HAPPY and EXCITED!

It’s so easy and simple to adapt this few changes in my life and to modify my eating habits; all thanks to YOR Health and the people involved were so helpful and gave me so much support. I honestly feel incredible; perhaps it is the best thing that has happened to me lately. I hope everybody joins the Challenge so that they can see their new me as I did!
