Hello everyone!! I am Claudia Lopez, and although I have never been a skinny or too chubby girl, recently struggled to lose weight. During the past year I gained a lot of extra kilos from having an unhealthy diet and a couple of surgeries that prevented me from doing any kind of exercise. I tried to cover extra weight buying larger sizes clothing and shaping underwear; I learned to hide my weight but you could definitely see it on my face and that’s something I couldn’t hide. Although, I have been always concerned about my health, it went out of control lately and my eating habits were very poor. My family is not an example of the healthiest and I saw my mom losing and gaining weight again with a lot of diets she went through. I knew I needed to find a solution and one day a friend who I really trust, invited me to join the YOR Health Challenge. At first I had no idea what to expect but I decided to go with it. As I heard about a Priest who is a family friend whose health improved dramatically with this products I became more interested.
I took every YOR product, had Probiotics and Repair Ultra in the morning, then Chocolate MRP with Fiber plus on my way to work; if got hungry I had dried cranberries and almonds as a midmorning snack. For lunch I would take Digest Ultra with my meal, Super Greens as a healthy snack in between lunch and for dinner tried to have a light dinner like tuna salad. Also I had the Vitamins with every meal. After only a week using the YOR Health products and getting noticeable health results, I was convinced that these products really do work.
Since I felt with a lot of energy, my husband encouraged me to join him and do some exercise since he is doing the Challenge as well. I walked my two Chihuahuas 6 days a week early in the morning before going to work, did some push-ups, yoga postures, sit-ups and a few crunches; many days I worked out at night too. It was awesome to notice that my clothes felt like if they were growing! Jeans that I liked so much but couldn’t fit anymore, now fit so well again! I set myself two main goals, to lose 4kilos (9lbs) and reduce the amount of fat in my tummy, proudly I can say that I surpassed both, I lost 6kg (13lbs) and my before (60kg/132lbs)-after (54kg/119lbs) pictures even shocks me!

Now, I don’t feel ashamed of my body and this is not stopping here!, this is a new lifestyle that I’m committed for the rest of my life, take YOR Health supplements, do exercise and work on my next goal.
