My contest started 8 weeks ago. My mind was set on losing a lot of weight, but on a healthy way. The products I am using are the MRP, the Super Greens, The Complete Burn and the Digest Ultra Every morning I start the day with a shake with mrp, supergreens, fruits, a little bit of yoghurt and water. I took a complete burn every morning and one in the afternoon. The Digest I took before the biggest meal of the day, mostly dinnertime. The first week I was struggling with reducing my chocolate addiction, but my mind was set on doing it. The second week I participated in the International Berlin Zouk Congress 2013. That meant four days of dancingclasses during the day and dancing and partying all night. Being busy all the time made it easy to eat healthy and drink a lot of water. I normally really drink to little! In that week, or actually 5 days, I lost 2,5 kilos. Unfortunately I suffered from a bursitis after that and I was in a lot of pain. I wasn't allowed or able to do any exercise for three weeks. You can imagine my dissapointment that this happened just when I was on my way to lose weight. And if that wasn't enough the medicine I go t for the bursitis caused huge problems with my stomach and my intestines. I couldnt keep any food in, except for some yoghurt and fruit (my shake with also mrp and supergreens). You would say that you would lose a lot of weight that way, but my body held a lot of moist and air and I blew up like a balloon and I felt way to sick to do any exercise. After having new medicine for that, my problems were gone and I could finally start my dancing and my working out again. But there were just two weeks left before the end of the contest. But I am not a quitter, so I did as much as I could. I went cycling for one hour and a half every week (to the stable of my adopted horse and back again), during lunchbreak I went for a walk and ofcourse I danced, danced and danced zouk (that's a brazilian dance, but I mix it with some hiphop and some streetdance)for two/three nights a week. I havent reached the goal that I had set for myself in the beginning(at least lose 10 kilos in this 8 weeks), but I still was able to lose 4,5 kilos and I am happy with that result regarding with everything that happened. But the most important change is that I started to live and eat healthier. My skin looks better and has a healthy glow. I feel way more energetic and happier and I know that I am doing well. So next 8 week-contest I am definetly in again and curious about what results I will reach then. Who is with me?! :p
