It all started 10 months ago when I met my current partner. He told me about the products of Yor Health and how much it had done for him. I was very skeptical when I started with the Yor Health products. Because I ate healthy and had a healthy living I thought. But I was struggling with so many physical symptoms as severe spastic colon. The doctors said that I should learn to live with these complaints and he give me heavy medication. There were times when I crawled across the floor of the pain in my gut. Sometimes I could just go to the bathroom once or twice a week, and my stomach was sometimes just like a balloon. And I was always tired. After a few months using the Yor Health products and watching more what I eat. I started noticing a different in my digestion, my skin, energy and weight.
The most happy I am about, is that my bowels function normally for the first time in my life. Since I use Yor Health I am pain free. Not once I had to use the heavy medication the doctor decrypted to me against the pain in my bowels.
Last May I started the 8 week body challenge. My challenge was to lose more weight and getting more in shape. For my study time, I was in perfect shape by hard physical work I did at that moment. I dreamed about that body again.
8 weeks ago I stepped for the first time in my life to a gym. I explained the trainer my purpose and started with at least 2 to 3 times a week. The first 3 times after gym I could not walk from the muscle pain. But with the help of the Yor Health Products I felt pain quite quickly and I recovered faster for the next workout.
This 8 week body challenge for me was a real challenge. The start and the continuation of the sports and resisting all temptations of delicious food. In this body challenge I stopped eating red meat and I reduce my carbohydrate heavy. I often go to the supermarket and choose organic products and real food. I'm even going to prepare food in a whole new way I try to have as little as possible to use artificial additives during cooking. The food tastes much better and every week I discover new ways of preparing food.
In the body challenge I jused everyday the Yor Health products as the MRP, SG, Digest, Repair, Vitamins, Probiotica and Fiber. I love the morning shake its easy, fast and taste great.
I was very very surprised when I saw the pictures before and after the 8 week body challenge. Now I really see the difference in my body. I'm going to join the next body challenge because those six pack will come one day.
