Hi i am Suzanne and I have joined the Yor Health challenge because my friends made me so curious about those amazing products from Yor. I thought it would be a good way to try it during the body challenge so I would have to use the products for two months and proceed my training the same I did already. Here is my story about my own challenge.

In the beginning I was already very active and for at least 4 times a week in the gym. I always go interval cycling once a week, and three times a week more heavy exercises in the fitness ore during interval lessons (High Intensity Interval training). When I started the challenge I did nothing more about my training schedule but did use the products MRP meal replacement as breakfast with chia seeds and fresh fruit, tried to eat almost no sugar and less bread. Also I drunk every day a glass super greens to feel more fit and get rid of my stomach ache after diner or eating bread. I tried to drink more water and less alcohol but it is summer and I am 29 years old so that was quite hard for me ?

Now after using the products for two months I can say I did not reach my goal weight and I could have made more progress in losing weight and being more sculpted. I realized that I have had a lot of fun parties in the last 3 weeks and did drink a lot of alcohol. But I am still very happy about the way I progressed and had also a very great time!

During these weeks I felt really fit and active, didn’t get any colds and didn’t get any problems with my stomach after eating or anything else. Going to the gym was already so much fun for me but now I noticed that my cycling was easier and I could do more heavy exercises and more repeating’s. I really love my breakfast with MRP, banana, red fruit and chia seeds. I have learned a lot about food and how the food industry works, in almost everything is sugar! I am very happy about the way I look and the way my live has changed trough this challenge. I am a lot more conscious about my eating and drinking habits and already use everything in my daily program.

Now I would like to try more products from Yor. For example the repair for after sporting and the digest for better working inside my body. Now the biggest challenge for me is to convince my boyfriend that I really need the products so he will allow me to buy more products. So I hope that everybody votes for me and that I win this challenge and get some products for free!
