This is by far the best results that I have had with the eight week challenge. I thought I got really good results my first cycle from Janary to February this year and thought that it cold not get any better.
I love being able to maximize my strength, my endurance and my happiness.

When I saw my friends winning first,(Lisa Chang) second(Sheel Patel and third place(Robert Taylor) I was so happy for them but I also felt disappointed at myself for not pushing harder and not really feeling and looking the way I wanted to. I took that as a motivation to work out harder, eat healthier and get back into being more consistent with my product regimen.

The 8 week challenge was really a challnege for me as I always want to eat all kinds of crazy and bad food but knowing that I really wanted to place in top three for my group made me make better choices and feel more secure of knowing that I was already getting really good nutrition from the prodcts.

The products are easy to utilize and simple to make.

I was using the Probiotic Ultra every morning upon rising with two to three Repair Ultra at the same time.
I had a regular breakfast every other day and replace it with a either vanilla or chocolate Yor shake AKA MRP :). One of these daily shakes will have a scoop of Yor Fiber to really go for the flat abs and get closer to a six pack.

The best part of my day was when I was having my supergreens, and anyone that realy knows me will say that my favorite is Supergreens with lemonade. Wow!!! nothing is more refreashing and tasty for me. It really is like drinking a piece of heaven haha.

The vitamins combined with the Completeburn helped me to have more energy and perform better on my work outs.
I only took the completeburn before my workouts though.


I took these products on a daily bases and tried my best to never let one day go without taking them; I Tried to work ouot five to six days a week until towards the last three weeks of my challenge I didn't rest on Sundays as my friends and I came up with the idea of doing bootcamp trainings for those who were just starting to get into their 8 week challenge and wanted to have an idea of how to exercise. It felt really nice to teach a class and have people tell me that they liked it :D

The 8 week challenge helped me to feel more confident about the way I look and how I feel. Not to mention that I was able to help other people to guide on workouts and help them to start reaching their goals. I'm so happy that I get to be part of such a big movement and help those around me to be inspired and do the same as friends and family.

I pushed really hard and made the best out of me these passed eight weeks. I feel like a champion every time a look at myself in the mirror :)
