After getting inspired by so many great results from my colleagues, I finally decided to join the 8 week challenge. The main reason was that I wanted to challenge myself and see how far I can go and stay committed to my health goals. I always wanted to have the nice summer body but never had the discipline to work for it. The Before photos were actually taken before I headed down to the beach. I definitely was not beach body ready at that time. I also started this challenge with a group of friends because we wanted to keep each other accountable.

My goal was to gain lean muscle and lose 3% body fat. My start weight on June 1 is 105 lbs. The Yor Health products made it very simple for me to stay on track. During the weekdays, I would eat healthy meals which consist of non-processed carbohydrates, good fats such as avocados, nuts, lean meats and peanut butter along with 8 glasses of water per day. On the weekends, I ate whatever I wanted including fried foods, wine, rice and pasta. With my busy full-time work schedule along with running a business, I was able to exercise only twice a week.

The products I used to assist me with the challenge is Yor Chocolate MRP (1-2 shakes a day), Yor Supergreens (1-2 scoops daily), the Daily packs of (Digest, probiotics, repair, vitamins).

The results from my 8 week challenge was that I went down 5 lbs (100 lbs current weight) and lost 1% body fat. I still have a long way to go to get to my desired results, but I feel better about my body. My legs and arms is more toned and stomach is flatter.

This was the first fitness or health challenge that I have ever stuck with and completed so I am super proud of myself! How the challenge impacted me the most was my confidence. I was at a wedding a couple of weeks ago and my friend complimented me and said "whatever you are doing, keep it up, you look great!" I'm pretty vain and love compliments, so that just pushes to me to keep getting better and continue to improve. I couldn't have done this without the Yor Health products and the support of my friends and the best body community!
