My before weight is 175 and my after is 170. I dropped down to 164 but in the interim of the last three weeks of the challenge I regained and tried working it back off. Last year, I was about 145 in August. I am disappointed in myself to have let my weight regained. The reason this happened was because I was inconsistent in taking my shakes and supplements. My focus was on other aspect of my life like my career, family and friends. I ate out often and didn't plan my meals. I made unhealthy choices and did not keep up with my workouts. I was more focused on things that I thought would bring me happiness. I attempted this 8-Week Challenge 2 times before but didn't finish. This time I wanted to at least finish. I plan to try again and rejoin the 8weeks challenge because I know the products help me and I will be able to reach my health/fitness goal with YOR Health products. It makes things simple and attainable. I just need to focus and stay discipline to myself.
Life's event will always occur, ups and downs, stable then cycle again. I can see it through the patterns of my failed attempts in this 8 weeks challenge. I am determined and will try again. I can see that no matter what, I need to prioritize my lifestyle so that I can be healthy and fit. My energy level is down when I don't make healthy choices in my food and keeping up with consistent exercise. When I do stay consistent with YOR Health products and exercise, I feel great.
I am grateful to have this 8 weeks program so that I can keep myself on track and pay attention to the choices I make for myself. Next group, I'm in! this time, I will follow through to the end. No matter what, I must try because I want to help people see that they can do it too. If I go through this, I will understand the feeling because I have lived it. I can be a helping hand when they are at their weakest moment and I can be happy and feel what they feel when they are at their most prideful moment. I want to be able to understand the reasons and feelings of how and why we have our weight gain and weight loss phases in our lives then clearly share the experience with others.
