This is my 2nd Cycle for the 8-Week Challenge. I am 34 years old and my before weight was 111 lbs and my final weight now is 107 lbs; I dropped a lot of body fat percentage to get deeper cut between my 4-pack Abs, gained some lean and defined muscles in my arms and my legs definitely got leaner—my goal for this cycle was to get even better results than I did from completing the 1st cycle. I have been able to increase my endurance level along with continuingly using the entire YOR Health product line, consistently working out and having clean-diet which consisted of lean meat, protein and good carbohydrate.
My wake up call to make my health as my number one priority was right after I had a direct contact and accident with an SUV truck while I was crossing the road in September 2010. I could have died or gotten paralyzed but thank god that I was very fortunate to have survived this accident. However as a result of this accident, I started feeling pain spike in my left trapezius/socket area, plus I was working 10 hours desk job on the computer and phone so this made my health, circulation and pain even worse. This started to affect my neck, shoulder, eyes and my legs from not moving around much; I did not have time to eat snacks, had late lunch which was for only 30 minutes and I use to gulp down my lunch super fast due to hunger. Plus, my former boss was verbally abusive for almost a year, which drained me out mentally as well. I realized that all of this was affecting my health tremendously and I needed to make changes.
Throughout the challenge, my product regimen was the following: Upon waking up, after my work out and late at night, I had 2 scoops of Yor shake with 1 Scoop Fiber; 3 Yor Vitamins in the morning and 3 again at night; 1 Yor Digest Ultra with every meal, 1 Yor Repair Ultra in the morning and 1 at night; 1 Yor CompleteBurn before my workout, 1 Yor Probiotic at night along with 1 scoop Supergreen in 8 oz water. Also occasionally, I would have 1 BerryBlast anytime during the day to keep me cool in the hot weather. Also, I made changes in my dietary routine by reducing my sugar in-take, sodium in-take, bad carbohydrate and fried food.
During this 8-week challenge, I worked out about 4-5 times per week on average along with doing house chores such as cooking, getting grocery, cleaning up, and doing laundry –All the outdoor chores took up double my time since I traveled by bus. I learnt to manage house chores with my gym routine because I was still highly motivated as usual when it came to going to the gym but most importantly I was committed. At the gym, I worked out my arms, legs, abs, and glutes. I went from swimming 1250 meters non-stop Breast -Stroke style to now swimming 1650 meters non-stop Breast-Stroke then Front-Stroke (alternating each way). Also, I went from being able to run 4 miles in 50 minutes to now 4 miles in 37 minutes. I was very determined to prove to myself that I can still do this and I kept going even if it was hot or rainy weather and had chores to do; still I had no excuses! I was also excited to see better result this time!
Thus, this challenge has had positive impact on my life because through the 8-week challenge, I was able to continue a habit of clean eating, consistently kept working out every week, was daily on top of my Yor Product Regimen and today I have achieved more lean and defined muscles in my arms, got more defined and deeper cuts between my Abs, and increased my endurance level than the last time. Today, I have become product of the product and leading by example for my family and friends and I would like to share to them that “If I did it, then so can you!”
