Firstly, I want to congratulate all of those in previous challenge groups and all of those to follow! What an incredible journey and transformation has been and will be for those who will start in the future!
My name is Erik Barber and I am 26 years of age. I lead a very busy lifestyle between working my full time job on 2nd shift, going to school, and becoming a new daddy! I have always tried my best to be fit and push my body in the gym and sports. When this challenge was presented to me, I initially thought that I knew more than enough about nutrition and maintaining my health. I even competed as a fitness model in bodybuilding competitions on a short stint in Australia! I could NOT have been more wrong!!
To complete my challenge, I bought the best body set to see as much as results as I possibly could. Let me tell you, the YOR Health product line delivered! Each and every morning I would take 2 repair and a Probiotic Ultra upon waking. An hour or so later, I drank a Berry Blast as my pre-workout for my gym session. Never again will I buy any pre-workout supplement from a GNC, VitaminShoppe, etc! It was such a smooth flow of energy that super powered my training sessions!! Promptly after training, I would have an MRP shake (chocolate and a dash of cinnamon) along with two scoops of YOR Health Fiber. The next meal was usually around lunch time, so right at the beginning of my meal I popped one of the Digest Ultra and also made up a Super Greens drink to go with it! What's even better is that I enjoy it with just water more than anything else I've tried!! The Super Greens really were my favorite product. They tasted great and I could feel the difference in my energy levels and alertness due to the powerful antioxidants. I made sure to take another Digest with dinner while I was at work to aid with the breakdown of probably my biggest meal of the day.
The best part I have experienced with this challenge is the improvement of my performance. Because of being properly nourished and the preventative maintenance provided by the Repair, I have been able to push more weight than I have in my life. And with NO SORENESS!! In fact, during this challenge, I was able to reclaim a membership to the 1,000 pound club. This means that between my squats, deadlifts, and bench press, my one rep maxes total to be over 1,000. 1,050 to be exact. Thanks to YOR Health I am able to squat 395, deadlift 355, and bench press 300! The YOR Health line has completely transformed my health, my performance, and outlook on my life. Even in the way that I am a partner to my lovely lady Bethanie and most certainly has helped ensure that I am the father I want to be. These higher energy levels has afforded me new levels of patience and compassion for others as well as myself. My life will never again be the same and I refuse to use any other supplement products. To me, it doesn't get any better than this. But I think the results speak for themselves! COMMIT TO GET FIT!!
