At the beginning of this challenge, I could not have imagined what I could do with my body. Now that I have completed my first challenge, I have realised that there are no limits, and I have the YOR Health products to thank for it. Of course I know that I have also put in a great deal of effort, but I honestly do not believe that I could have pushed myself as hard, and for as long as I did, without these amazing supplements. It has really made me understand more how my body works and the kind of REAL fuel it needs to function at a high level.
I have been working on my fitness and strength for the past two years now and was really quite proud of the progress I had made, but eight weeks ago I decided I needed to take it up to a new level and see what I could really do. It was around this time that I was approached by a YOR Health Independent Representative who showed me the products, explained how they would benefit me and helped me start this journey.
I started obviously by purchasing some YOR Health products and I have taken them every single day of the challenge. As I hadn’t used them before, I was really excited to see what difference it would make for me. I started with the YOR Berry Blast, YOR Supergreens, YOR Vanilla MRP and the YOR Daily pack. The first big change I noticed was an increase in my energy levels. I have the Berry Blast to thank for that. Without the big initial high and the depressing come down that normally comes with a pre- workout, Berry Blast gave me a great sense of alertness and a much higher energy level than I normally would have, and it lasts throughout the day. This definitely set the tone for productive days at work and then still having plenty of energy for a hard workout in the gym later. As I was hitting the gym up to 6 times a week, this proved to be the best tool I could have had.
The second major change I noticed was in my sleeping pattern. After only a few short days, I noticed that I was much more easily able to fall asleep, then have a full night sleep before waking up and feeling refreshed. Before I started the products, I was having a lot of trouble with waking in the morning and felt sluggish and drowsy for much of the day. I believe I have the vitamins, digest and supergreens to thank for this wonderful change.
The MRP not only tasted great, but it was a great snack or meal replacement for me when I needed something on the go, not to mention it was filling and kept the sweet cravings away. I found that I was using it as meals, snacks, pre- and post- workout meals, and also as a great addition to recipes such as pancakes and protein snacks. I will never need to buy another protein powder again, as I have now found the most versatile, flavoursome and nutritious source of protein available on the market- YOR Health MRP!
At the halfway point, I decided to try a few other products, as I was so impressed with what i had already been taking. I then ordered another pack of YOR Daily Packs, more YOR Vanilla MRP, YOR Fibre and YOR Complete Burn. The fibre made almost an instant impact on my digestive health. Without going into too much detail, I’m now very regular in that department and have not felt bloated or upset in the stomach since! This is definitely a product I would be recommending for everyone. I also believe that the Complete Burn helped me significantly in the final four weeks. I didn’t see a lot of change on the scales, but this didn’t worry me one bit, as my measurements and how my clothes were fitting were changing dramatically and very quickly. Let’s just say that I am now in desperate need to go on a shopping spree and buy some clothes that fit me now! I believe I have actually dropped one or two dress sizes, so I am very excited to hit the shops!
Needless to say, I am overwhelmed with my success during this challenge, but knowing now what can be done with the help of the YOR Health products, I am extremely excited to continue this journey and complete another challenge in the near future. My body has never felt better and I’m happy to say that it is also looking better than ever! I wish all the luck in the world to the other current competitors and to those in the future.
