As a Registered Nurse and a health care professional it is important for me to strive for optimum fitness and health.
To achieve my final body transformation/weight loss I ate a clean calorie controlled alcohol free diet and exercised 6 days and sometimes 7 days each week.
I varied my exercise between aerobics (walk, jog, cycle, swim) and weights (pinned & free weights). I completed the 30 Day Abs Challenge and maintained Day 30 x 3 days/1 day rest for the duration.
Some days (on my days off from work) I doubled even tripled my exercise efforts to burn those extra joules. I always tried to do something better, for longer or different to the time before.
I supplemented my diet daily with YOR Health products: x2 MRP shakes/day - one with YOR Supergreens and YOR Fibre added in the morning and the other MRP in the evening (sometimes after a 2nd daily workout), x2 complete burn & x3 Essential Vitamin before my early morning workout and another x1 complete burn & x3 Essential Vitamin either around lunchtime or before 4pm each day.
I took YOR Repair Ultra x 2 every morning and this assisted with a speedy recovery from a left leg muscular injury I suffered during the challenge and at other times helped to prevent post-exercise muscular/cellular stress/fatigue.
I was required to have one compulsory rest day (ordered by my doctor) when I contracted a cold/flu from a work colleague during the challenge but I believe my down time was minimized & recovery hastened due to the balanced diet and YOR Health supplements I was taking - the completeburn gave me the "boost, stamina & energy" I needed to continue my exercise plan even though I had not yet recovered.
This challenge has enabled me to stay motivated & to continue to work towards my health, weight loss & fitness goals. I'm still not quite the body weight I would like to be and I realise that a clean alcohol free calorie controlled diet supplemented with YOR Health products and daily exercise is the means to reach my goal.
Also, a challenge such as this one has helped to keep me focused, committed and always striving to do better ... and to not just settle for the "status quo". It's all about adopting & maintaining "health focused behaviours"!!
I'm looking forward to my next Go Green challenge and I will be registering again in the very near future (a matter of days and upon delivery of my next YOR Health order)so I can reach my weight loss goal of 66.5kg ... only a few kilos to go.
