My name is Grant Fairley, I live on the Gold Coast with my wife and 3 year old daughter. I live a busy lifestyle that involves working away from home, living in camps where meals are provided and working minimum 12 hours a day. The long hours leave minimal time for training studying skyping the family and worst of all we are in a remote area with no cooking facilities, therefore ruling out any chances of a clean diet.There is not a lot of variety in the meals provided and most of the time its is hard to find a healthy option.
Why i started the 8 week challenge was to hold myself accountable for what i ate and how often i trained. Yor Health products have been my savior whilst working away from home. I know when the food provided isn't the nutritional meal i am after i will still be consuming all my daily needs through Yor Health products!
My starting weight was 87kg and my goal weight was 90kg, whilst i didn't reach my goal i am still more than happy with the results i have achieved. I have dropped considerable amount of body fat whilst still making significant muscle gains. Any personal achievement is a win for me!!
I would wake in the mornings at 3am to either study or do a High Intensity Interval training. I would have a berry blast if i was training and after training i would have a shake with Supergreens,Fibre Plus, MRP and a Repair Ultra.
If i was studying i would Combine my Berry Blast,Supergreens,Fibre Plus, MRP and 1 Repair Ultra.
Breakfast i take 2 Essential Vitamins, 1 Digest Ultra.
Lunch i take 1 Essential Vitamin and 1 Digest Ultra.
Before Training in the afternoon/night i would have another Berry Blast.
After Training MRP.
Dinner i would have 2 Essential Vitamins and 1 Digest Ultra.
Just before bed i would have another Suoergreens, 1 Repair Ultra and 1 Probiotic.
Without Yor Health products there is no possible way i could have had the energy to train 6 days a week. I sleep better than ever, my stress levels from my hectic life style have dropped, i'm looking and feeling better than ever and i cant stop telling other people how incredible these products are!!! The 8 week challenge has kept me true to myself, yes i did have cheat meals and indulge more than i would have liked but as you can see, with Yor Health products you can have these luxuries and still see results.
