To say this 8 week challenge and my transformation has changed my life, would be an understatement. To put how I feel into words is hard as I am feeling so many emotions at this point. Even though this was an 8 week transformation, I feel like I have transformed my entire life and developed much better habits. I have made lifestyle changes such as eating healthier and training better. I now have a much better mindset as I feel I am more persistent and driven towards whatever goal I set, especially a fitness goal. I have gotten rid of all the excuses and self-doubt holding me back from achieving my goals and dreams, whether they be health/fitness related or not. However, to achieve all I have said and so much more, was not easy. I have never been so strict with a diet before and I have never trained so much or so hard before, yet I felt better than ever. It was hard to ignore all the excuses and temptations thrown at me by myself or others. I had to make sacrifices that I never thought I would ever make for anything. I went through more pain and struggle, both physically and mentally, then I ever had before, but it was definitely worth it. I absolutely smashed my goal weight of 75kg by 6 and a half kg. Leaving me at 68.5kg from a starting weight of 88kg. I shocked myself at how much muscle I gained, how sculpted I looked, and how much my fitness improved. It took a healthy diet, lots of exercise and of course, the awesome YOR Health supplements, to achieve this. The supplements I took during the 8 week period were super-greens 2x a day, berry blast once a day, fiber once a day, MRP once a day, vitamins 2x a day, digest 2x a day, probiotic once a day, and repairs once a day. I exercised 1-2 times a day, sometimes even 3 times. I now feel great, look great, and think great. Never before have I been through a more rewarding experience than this. It is definitely the best transformation system out there and I will continue to recommend it to it all my friends and family. I also cannot wait to continue my journey and achieve even better results with what I have learned in this challenge. I am looking forward to starting another 8 week challenge in the near future.
