Almost a year now when I was having problems with my liver, digestive system, and energy. Being a college student at the time I was lacking tremendous amounts of energy. I would usually take energy drinks before class and after class, drinks that are not healthy at all. I would feel a spark of energy but the rest of the day I would feel so tired and drained. Growing up I was a chubby kid. I didn't notice until I saw pictures of myself. I did all kinds of things to loose weight. Without noticing, I was a really active kid. When I was 15 I graduated with a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, in high school I ran cross country, track, I even joined a marching band. Even as a young boy I knew the value of being healthy and the hard work it takes to become the best you can be. Growing up I noticed something that impacted my life for years. I found out that I had a liver condition. Knowing that made me feel so down and unwanted in life. I would not look people in the eye because of my jaundice. People would ask me if I was smoking or drinking and to be honest I was doing everything possible to be healthy. Of course as a kid how can you explain that to other kids that the only thing they want to do is to laugh at you. So I lived that way until I was grown enough to understand that in order to move up in life I would need to talk to people and look into their eyes at the same time. Ever since then I have tried to keep my body as healthy as it can be.
It wasn't until a couple months back I tried to enlist in the military and I had to take a health exam. Before the exam I was taking our Multivitamins and our YOR SuperGreens daily. When I got my results back from my doctor, my labs results indicated that I was healthier than ever before. That's when I knew I found what I was looking for all along. In fact it turned out that I don't have a condition my previous doctors claimed I had. I have what's called Gilberts Syndrome. This basically is a syndrome I was born with that makes my bilirubin level in my blood go up and that's when I turn yellow. Taking my products daily helps me maintain my bilirubin level in balance. The Challenge made me appreciate what I eat on a daily basis. When you try to keep a certain weight or move up to a certain weight you have to carefully watch what you eat. The challenge has made me learn how to exercise and how to improve on my goals as to what I'm trying to accomplish with my body. The challenge has also made me appreciate the time and hard work it takes to achieve your best body. I exercise 4 times a week. Even with my tight work schedule I manage to squeeze in my workouts, if its going to the gym before work or after work at 5 am in the morning. I'm in the gym for two to two and a half hours. If I'm doing a full body workout I'm in there for about three hours. I kill it! My workouts are nothing without my products. My days in the gym were usually around 5 am right after work so I took Berry Blast for the boost of energy. After doing this I would take 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens twice a day to make sure I'm getting the vitamins and nutrients my body needs. Before going to bed and after waking up I would take 1 YOR Probiotic Ultra capsule and 1 YOR Repair Ultra capsule. The 1 YOR Probiotic Ultra capsule was to insure the foods I ate were all digested properly since I was eating more than before allowing me to introduce new foods into my body. The 1 YOR Repair Ultra capsule helped me with faster muscle and tissue recovery. I noticed my body would recover a day earlier so I wouldn't have to use a day for just recovery.
