My friend Sarah really pushed me to do this challenge for months and months, and I was just skeptical, I said it was too much money and really just didn’t anything to really do with it. What made me want to do it was when she showed me pictures of herself, her aunt, and her boyfriend and the changes they have gone through both mentally and physically through the YOR- 8 week challenge.
What sold me was she said “If you DO NOT LIKE it, keep the packaging and 30 days if you are not seeing in results you may return the products for money back.” That is when I said OKAY. What company allows you to return pricy products for your money back; in my head it told me that these products do work and I have see them work through Sarah’s friends and family.
I started gaining a little bit of weight because I stopped working pretty much all together. I mad excuses for myself like oh I’m to busy between 3 summer classes and a full time waitressing job. When I decided to do this challenge I mentally “Commit to get fit”. That doesn’t mean I worked out 7 days a week it means that I stuck to the regime, ate better, and worked out 3-5 times a week.
Now when I initially made my profile I said my starting weight was 172 because honestly that is what I thought I weighed and just wanted to get started with this challenge. When I joined a gym I had accesses to scale and it turned out my starting weight was really 178pounds!! 6 more pounds than what I thought I was. I was shocked and I said to myself “ Thank God you are starting to get back on track with being healthy because at the rate you were going you were going to be well over weight in a matter of month” By the end of the second week day 14 I had lost 6 pounds going from 178 to an actual 172 pounds. I started to see a difference in what I looked like in my face and my hips as well as my stomach.
Now through this process I went through some challenges. I got hurt with a foot injury where I was unable to work out for 2 weeks. Now if you take 2 weeks out of an 8 week challenge it puts you at a disadvantage. Also my work is very hard to eat every few hours, working as a server in an extremely busy restaurant leaves you no time to eat. However I worked through these challenges and today I stand 170 pounds. I was 2 pounds over my goal weight but I believe I can make this up in the next 2 weeks from the 2 weeks I lost earlier.
I will continue with this program and it has showed me I can do it. It was really the mental push I needed and stand behind these products.
