Hi there my name is Sanya Vang, I am from Stockton, California, USA, I enter the yorhealth 8-weeks best body challenge because I wanted to change how I look and feel. Because of the amazing yorhealth products along with some decent workout routines had made me change after the challenge, not only did i physically changed but mentally as well. My regimen was usually taking MRP, 2-3 times a day for my pre and post workouts, supergreens once or twice a day to feel refreshed, complete burns 1-3 times a day to get rid of the unwanted water weight, and the lovely repair ultra which make me recover chronically! On the food subject I tried my best to eat lean food, like peanut butter sandwich, cooked potatoes, brown rice, eggs, tuna, chicken breasts, and drink lots of water through out the day. I usually workout like 1 hour 3-4 times a week, all consisting of weight lifting and cardio and abs routines as well. With the workouts and the consumption of the products I have gain atleast 2-3 pounds of lean muscle mass. I was before 131 pounds but now about 133 almost to 134, and I am pretty sure my body fat percentage also dropped by a few percentage.I also want to mention i did it with my friends who are also doing their 8 weeks best body challenges, and that is what makes it even more fun and keeps me going, because without a friend or workout buddies it is very tough, and overall it was very exciting. In addition, I think doing this challenge had made me realize that it is tough and it takes hard work to make a healthy change, but the results that comes with the face of the challenges comes in great. I also believe that impact that this challenge had on me, also can impact many other people's lives out there because they can also do it too and get results! Now that I had finish this challenge I will continue on to my next challenge and keep going. But since I had finish this cycle of the challenge I felt a more refreshed, more energized and I am starting to like myself even more! Lastly I love the feeling of being a champion and never giving up and achieving the dream body that I desire and that is what the 8 weeks best body challenge means to me!
