Upon joining this 8 Week Challange cycle I realized that this was my 3rd attempt at trying to finish the full 8 Weeks and so I approached this cycle with a little more thought and I looked at what I needed to do to in order to get results and finish this cycle. So I put myself on a plan and along with an old high school friend of mine we both began our 8 Weeks, with him in the slim category and me in the sculp. At first everything was as it should be I had a lot of enthusiasm and I started watching what I ate and started adding some more upper body building excercises trying to work out a little twice a day. This was thankfully supplemented because I made sure to drink my "Super MRP Blast shake" along with a Complete Burn to start of the day and then a Super Green shake, Complete Burn and Digest ultra with my evening meal. I steam rolled the first couple of weeks but sadly around the third week I ran out of all my products because I have a mom (who thinks I am gettin too skinny and slowly disappearing, lol) and an older brother who love the Yor products so whenever I have products things go missing but I told myself it's all good because they are another reason why I should push myself to get in the best shape of my life. So I quickly ordered more products but around the 4th week I started to lose steam then I thought of how i always messed up at this point because I always lost track of the big picture but this time I said not again and I began the last 4 weeks as I did the first 4 only this time I finally made it. This is really exciting for me because I know that this is only the beginning and next time I will be stronger and more capable to push myself farther in my transformation. I also want to thank my friend Luis because it is definitely more rewarding when you do things with a friend and I am super appreciative and excited because he got favorable results and that is awesome. I also would love to thank everyone who joins the 8 Week Challenge because as a cohesive group and with everyone united with the goal of getting healthier we are making the world a better place and that is inspiring beyond words.
